  • Standard Shipping: Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive after processing is complete. While we aim to deliver your order within this time frame, shipping times may vary based on your location and other factors.

3. Tracking Your Order: 

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email contains a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

4. Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on your selected shipping method, the weight of your order, and your delivery address. These fees will be displayed during the checkout process.

5. Shipping Restrictions:

  • At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may occasionally impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Return and Exchanges Policy:

At Monster DIY Studio, we value your satisfaction with your purchase. To ensure a seamless and transparent return process, please review our return policy carefully. Additionally, please carefully review the product description and any specific warranty information provided with your purchase to understand any additional terms or exemptions that may apply. 

1. 14-Day Return Window:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Timely Return:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be received by out team within the 14-day return period. We recommend that you ship the item promptly to ensure it reaches us within this timeframe.

3. Buyer Responsible for Return Shipping:

The cost of shipping the item back to out facility is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your item's safe return to us.

4. Condition of Returned Items:

We can only accept returns for items that are in their original, unused, and unopened condition. If the product packaging has been tampered with, opened, of the item shows signs of use, we will be unable to process a refund.

Returned items must be in a resellable condition, which means they should be in their original packaging, including all accessories and labels. Any damage to the item or its packaging may affect the eligibility for a refund.

5. Exclusions: 

Please note that certain products, such as personalized items or items with hygiene concerns, may not be eligible for returns. Any exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Additionally, our return policy may not cover certain circumstances, such as:

  • Items that have been altered or modified after purchase.
  • Products with a limited shelf life or expiration date.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

6. Exchanges:

At this time we do NOT offer exchanges.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at monsterhandmade2@gmail.com within the 14-day return window. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the shipment process. If your item arrives damaged of goes missing in transit, please contact the shipping carrier of courier service to file a claim.
